Women’s Swimming and Diving Defeats Seton Hall 191-107

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The Drexel women’s swimming and diving team hit the road for the first time this season as the Dragons defeated Seton Hall 191- 107.

Ewa Osiniak put together a strong day in the pool as the senior finished first in the 100 breast as well as the 200 IM. She also placed fourth in the 200 back where Ali Bragg and Megan Sicinski placed first and second respectively.

On the diving board, Cora Hochstetler was flawless as she placed first in both the 3-meter and 1-meter dive.

 

Federica Nocera continued her hot start to the season as she finished first in the 100 and 200 back. Nocera also helped the Dragons earn first place in the 200 medley relay along with Megan Sicinski, Megan Ehrnfeldt and Lera Nasedkina.

The Dragons now turn their attention towards the West Virginia Invitational in Morgantown, W.Va. The three-day event begins on Nov. 17 and ends on Nov. 19.
